    Peanut Butter Cups

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3c. Jif creamy peanut butter
    • 1/4c. sifted powdered sugar
    • 1t. vanilla
    • 8oz. confectioners coating (white chocolate) broken up
    • 1/2c. Jif creamy peanut butter


    Instructions


    1. Blend the 1/3c. Jif, powdered sugar and vanilla. Chill.
    2. Using 1/2t. mixture for each, roll into 24 balls. Place in 1 1/2 inch paper bonbon cups.
    3. In saucepan, melt confectioners coating and the 1/2c. Jif over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    4. Spoon into cups to fill. Chill.
