one 8 oz. container strawberry, strawberry/banana or plain lowfat or no fat yogurt
3 ice cubes
1 small banana
4 strawberries (fresh, or unsweetened frozen)
3/4 cup pineapple or orange juice
Recipe
1. Child: Empty one 8 oz. container strawberry, strawberry/banana or plain lowfat or no fat yogurt into blender.
2. Child: Count 3 ice cubes and put in blender.
3. Child: Break 1 small banana into pieces. Add to blender.
4. Child: Put 4 strawberries (fresh, or unsweetened frozen) into blender. (If fresh, remove stem)
5. Adult: Help your child measure 3/4 cup pineapple or orange juice and pour into blender.
6. Adult: Help your child blend in blender until smooth and serve. Makes 3 medium servings
