Vegetable & Cheese Pocket

1 loaf of refrigerated or frozen bread dough
1/2 cup of cooked frozen vegetable (any mixture you want)
2/3 cup of grated cheddar cheese (part-skim Monterey Jack or Mozzarella would work well too)Recipe
If using frozen bread dough, defrost first according to package directions.
CHILD: Spray a cookie sheet or baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
CHILD AND ADULT: Divide dough in half. Spread each half into a rectangle.
CHILD: Put about 1/4 cup of vegetables and 1/3 cup cheese on one side of each rectangle. Pull other side over the top. Press sides and ends together.
ADULT: Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until brown. Cut into sandwich portions.
