List of Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 3/4c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed cream of celery soup or cream of chicken
- 1/4c. water
- 2-3T. vinegar
- 1/2t. sugar
- 1/8t. pepper
- 4c. sliced cooked potatoes
- 1/4c. chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crisp; remove from skillet; drain and crumble.
- Cook onion in bacon drippings until tender. Blend in soup, water, vinegar, sugar, and pepper.
- Heat; stir now and then. Add potatoes, parsley, and bacon; simmer 5 mins. Serve hot.
