Many Way Meatballs

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4c. minced onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4t. salt
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed Cheddar cheese, cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2T. chopped parsley
Instructions
- Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, and salt.
- Shape into 24 meatballs. In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off drippings.
- Stir in soup, water, and parsley. Cover; cook over low heat 20 mins. Stir often.
- Makes: 4 servings.
