    • 2C. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
    • 1t. BAKING POWDER
    • 3/4t. SALT
    • 1/4t. BAKING SODA
    • 10T. ( 1 1/4 STICK) BUTTER
    • 2C. PACKED BROWN SUGAR
    • 2 LARGE EGGS
    • 2t. VANILLA EXTRACT
    • 3/4C. SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    • 3/4C. CHOPPED PECANS


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
    2. BUTTER AND FLOUR 13X9X2 BAKING PAN.
    3. MIX FLOUR, 1t. BAKING POWDER, 3/4t. SALT AND 1/4t. BAKING SODA IN MEDIUM BOWL.
    4. MELT BUTTER IN SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT.
    5. REMOVE FROM HEAT.
    6. ADD SUGAR AND WHISK TO BLEND.
    7. WHISK IN EGGS AND VANILLA.
    8. GRADUALLY STIR IN FLOUR MIXTURE.
    9. SPREAD BATTER INTO PREPARED PAN.
    10. SPRINKLE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND PECANS.
    11. BAKE ABOUT 25 MINS. COOL
    12. CUT INTO SQUARES.
