- 1t. BAKING POWDER
- 3/4t. SALT
- 1/4t. BAKING SODA
- 10T. ( 1 1/4 STICK) BUTTER
- 2C. PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 2 LARGE EGGS
- 2t. VANILLA EXTRACT
- 3/4C. SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 3/4C. CHOPPED PECANS
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
- BUTTER AND FLOUR 13X9X2 BAKING PAN.
- MIX FLOUR, 1t. BAKING POWDER, 3/4t. SALT AND 1/4t. BAKING SODA IN MEDIUM BOWL.
- MELT BUTTER IN SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT.
- ADD SUGAR AND WHISK TO BLEND.
- WHISK IN EGGS AND VANILLA.
- GRADUALLY STIR IN FLOUR MIXTURE.
- SPREAD BATTER INTO PREPARED PAN.
- SPRINKLE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND PECANS.
- BAKE ABOUT 25 MINS. COOL
- CUT INTO SQUARES.
