- 1/4 angel food cake
- 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
- 2c. milk
- 2T. coconut or pecans
Instructions
- Cut cake into 1 inch chunks. Cook pudding with milk according to pkg. directions.
- Pour hot pudding over cake; top with coconut. Serve warm with whipped topping or cream.
