    List of Ingredients


    • 1(3 3/4oz) pkg. chocolate fudge pudding and pie filling
    • 2c. milk
    • 1(11 1/4oz) frozen pound cake
    • 1/3c. coconut
    • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream


    Instructions


    1. Prepare pudding with 2c. milk according to pkg. directions.
    2. Cover surface of pudding with waxed paper or plastic wrap; refrigerate until cool.
    3. Slice pound cake lengthwise into 3 layers. Spread pudding between each layer and frost top with pudding.
    4. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
