List of Ingredients
- 1(3 3/4oz) pkg. chocolate fudge pudding and pie filling
- 2c. milk
- 1(11 1/4oz) frozen pound cake
- 1/3c. coconut
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Prepare pudding with 2c. milk according to pkg. directions.
- Cover surface of pudding with waxed paper or plastic wrap; refrigerate until cool.
- Slice pound cake lengthwise into 3 layers. Spread pudding between each layer and frost top with pudding.
- Sprinkle with coconut. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
