    RECIPE INGREDIENTS



    1/3 cup all-purpose flour



    3/4 teaspoon baking powder



    1/8 teaspoon salt



    1/4 cup sugar



    1/3 cup chopped pecans



    1 tablespoon cocoa



    3 tablespoons milk



    1 tablespoon vegetable oil



    1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar



    1 tablespoon cocoa



    2/3 cup hot water



    Ice Cream or sweetened whipped cream



    Chocolate curls (optional)


    Recipe




    Combine first six ingredients in a bowl;add milk and oil,stirring well. Spoon batter evenly into an ungreased 1-quart casserole. Combine brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired
