    My Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

    BATTER
    3 cup flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup margarine
    1/2 cup shortening
    1 3/4 cup white sugar
    4 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    CHOCOLATE
    4 oz semi sweet chocolate
    2 tbsp water
    2 tbsp evaporated milk, or cream

    Procedures:
    1 Cream margarine and shortening.
    2 Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
    3 Add eggs, one at a time. Beat 2 minutes after each.
    4 Add milk alternately with dry ingredients, beginning and ending with dry.
    5 Melt chocolate over hot water with water.
    6 Add cream or canned milk and blend well.
    7 grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
    8 Put 1/3 batter in a pan, then 1/2 the chocolate, spread over the batter, second third of batter, second half chocolate and lastly the remaining hot third of batter.
    9 Bake at 350 approximately 60-70 minutes or until cake tests done.
