Make pancake batter, not too runny so it sticks to Oreo when dipped. Regular boxed pancake mix will work - just check consistency.
Drop battered cookie in hot oil (Wesson, Crisco, Peanut, etc.) and make sure oil heat is at a constant 350 degrees.
Let cookie fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Flip over with tongs. Cook on reverse side for another 1-2 minutes.
When finished let excess oil drippings dry on paper towel and sprinkle a little powdered confectionery sugar on them.
Bet you can't eat just one!
