    • 2/3c. light oil
    • 2T. olive oil
    • 1t. salt
    • 1t. pepper
    • 1t. oregano
    • 1 clove garlic, pressed
    • sugar to taste
    • 1/3c. wine vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in large jar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
