    • 1/2c. Crisco oil
    • 1/4c. red wine vinegar
    • 1t. salt
    • freshly ground pepper
    • 1/8t. oregano


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a screw top jar.
    2. Cover tightly and shake vigourously to blend well.
    3. Store covered in refrigerator before using.
    4. Makes: 3/4c.
