- 2T. black pepper
- 2T. paprika
- 2T. onion powder
- 1T. brown sugar
- 1T. chili powder
- 1T. coarse salt
- 1/2t. ground sage
- 1/4t. cayenne
- 1/2t. ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks.
- Great with ribs, brisket, and chicken.
