    1 1/4 cups white sugar
    1 1/4 cups brown sugar
    1/2 cup salt
    1/4 cup freshly ground black pepper
    1/4 cup paprika

    Recipe




    1 In a dry container, combine white sugar, brown sugar, salt, pepper and paprika; mix well. Rub into pork 10 minutes before grilling.
