List of Ingredients
- 1/4c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4c. sweet paprika
- 1 to 3T. kosher or margarita salt
- 1 to 3 T. freshly ground black pepper
- 1T. celery seed
- 1T. ground mustard
- 1T. granulated dried garlic
- 1T. onion powder
- 1/2 to 1t. cayenne powder
- 1/2t. oregano or thyme
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container at room temp.
- Rub into surface of the meat before cooking. Sprinkle lightly on meat after carving for added flavor.
