List of Ingredients
- 3 lb. lean beef (round or loin tip)
- 1c. ketchup
- 1/2c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4c. brown sugar
- 2T. Worcestershire sauce
- 2T. dry mustard
- 1T. onion powder
- 1T. salt
- 1/4T. cracked pepper
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
Instructions
- Cut beef into strips 1/2 inch thick. Combine all marinade ingredients in large glass baking dish.
- Add strips of beef, cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain beef slices.
- Dry in an electric dehydrator at 145 until pliable.
