Blue Cheese Dip

1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
3 tablespoons dry white wine or buttermilk
2 tabkespoons sour cream
1 4-oz. pkg. crumbled blue cheese
Procedure:
Process first 3 ingredients and half of blue cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir in remaining blue cheese. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve with apple or pear slices or with fresh veggies.
