Carrot Dip

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
(large or small curd)
1 or 2 medium carrots
1 medium onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 or 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Grate carrots and onions into bowl of cottage cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste and then add 2 or 3 tablespoons of
mayonnaise and mix.
Let sit as it improves the flavor if made early.
