Serve with Fritos or tacos. May be served hot or cold.
List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 qt. mayonnaise
- 2 med. onions, chopped
- 3 buttons garlic, crushed
- 1 (12oz) can jalapeno peppers
Instructions
- Let cheese come to room temp. Remove the seeds from the jalapeno peppers.
- Place the peppers, onion, and garlic in a blender and whirl until blended together.
- Cut cheese into small blocks and place in a large mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and blended mixture and beat until smooth and of dipping consistency.
- Put in jars and refrigerate.
- Yield: 2 1/2 quarts.
