    Key Lime Dip

    1 cup key lime juice
    2 cans (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    2 egg whites
    2 tablespoons sugar

    Procedure:
    Combine milk and key lime juice with a spoon until blended. Beat egg whites at a high speed with an electric mixer, just until foamy. Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form and sugar dissolves (2-4 minutes). Fold egg whites into lime mixture and pour into a 9" pie dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove and stir; pour into serving dish. Cover and chill 8 hours.
