    Mexican Cheese Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    • 1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)


    Instructions


    1. In double boiler, melt Velveeta cheese. Brown sausage in skillet and drain.

    2. Mix sausage and Ro-Tel tomatoes in with cheese. Stir and mix for 5 mins. in double boiler.
