Recipe Introduction
A great and tasty hot dip.
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. corned beef (2 packages; i.e., Buddig)
8 oz. sauerkraut, drained
Mix all ingredients and place in ovenproof dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes. Serve with party rye or crackers.
