List of Ingredients
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 2 each green onions, chopped fine
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 juice of 1 lime
- 1/2t. salt
- To increase heat, add canned or fresh jalapenos to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a serving bowl and grab some corn chips.
- Use as a topping for salads and Southwestern and Cajun fare.
- Serves: 4-6
