- BRING TO A BOIL; STIR 1 MINUTE OR UNTIL SLIGHTLY THICK.
- COOL SLIGHTLY.
- ADD 1/4C. MILK; BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH.
- BEAT IN ABOUT 3 1/4C. CONFECTIONERS SUGAR TILL OF SPREADING CONSISTENCY.
- FROSTS TOPS AND SIDES OF TWO 8-9 INCH LAYERS.
