- CARAMELIZE (BURN) 1/3OF SUGAR.
- MIX REMAINING SUGAR, FLOUR, AND SALT.
- ADD MILK AND BUTTER.
- WHEN THE INGREDIENTS COME TO A BOIL, ADD CARAMELIZED SUGAR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES.
