Cream Cheese Icing**

8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation Directions
1. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter together. Gradually add sugar and stir until smooth. Add vanilla; blend thoroughly. Spread over cooled cake. Store in refrigerator.
