Mallow Frosting

1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 egg whites
7-ounce jar marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla
In top of double boiler, combine sugar, water, and egg whites. Cook
over simmering water, beating until soft peaks form.
Add marshmallow creme; beat until stiff peaks form. Remove from
heat; beat in vanilla.
* Frosts 2-layer or 13 x 9-inch cake
