- 1 1/3c. powdered sugar
- 1/8t. cream of tartar
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- In small bowl, stir together powdered sugar and cream of tartar.
- Beat in egg white at low speed until well blended.
- Increase speed to medium; beat 5 minutes or until icing is thick, creamy and holds stiff peaks.
