    4 ea top loin pork chops
    6 tbsp honey
    3 tbsp hot pepper sauce

    1 Season chops with salt & pepper and grill over medium-hot fire.
    2 Stir together honey & hot pepper sauce and baste chips during grilling.
    3 Remove chops from grill and brush with remaining glaze.
