    2 ea Peaches, peeled andsliced
    1/4 c Instant dry milk powder
    1/4 c Peach nectar
    4 ea Ice cubes
    1/2 ts Vanilla extract
    Combine peaches, milk powder, peach nectar, ice cubes and vanilla extract in a blender. Process until smooth.

    This would probably be good using apricots and apricot necture in place of the peaches.
