Caramel Rum Fruit Dip

- 1/2c. butter
- 1(14oz) pkg. caramels, unwrapped
- 1/4c. chopped pecans
- 1T. milk
- 1t. rum extract
- cut up fresh fruit
Instructions
- Melt butter and caramels in 2 qt. saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until caramels are melted.
- Stir in pecans, milk and rum extract. Stir vigorously to incorporate butter.
- Keep warm, use as a dip for fresh fruit.
- Makes: 1 1/2 cups
