    Caramel Rum Fruit Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2c. butter
    • 1(14oz) pkg. caramels, unwrapped
    • 1/4c. chopped pecans
    • 1T. milk
    • 1t. rum extract
    • cut up fresh fruit


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter and caramels in 2 qt. saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until caramels are melted.
    2. Stir in pecans, milk and rum extract. Stir vigorously to incorporate butter.
    3. Keep warm, use as a dip for fresh fruit.
    4. Makes: 1 1/2 cups
