    1 pt Strawberries, rinsed with
    Caps removed and sliced in
    Half
    1/4 c Honey
    1 1/4 t Finely chopped mint leaves
    3 c Frozen nonfat strawberry
    Yogurt

    Recipe




    Combine strawberries, honey and mint; blend thoroughly.
    Divide yogurt into individual dessert bowls and top
    with 1/3 cup strawberry mixture. If desired, garnish
    with fresh mint leaves. Yield: 4 servings
