- Fried poultry drippings
- 2T. flour
- 1t. instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1/8t. pepper
- 1 2/3 c. milk
Instructions
- After frying poultry, transfer poultry to a plate.
- Reserve 2T. of drippings. Stir in flour, bouillon granules, and pepper.
- Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat till thick and bubbly.
- Cook and stir for 1 minute more. If necessary thin with a little milk.
