Creamy Giblet Gravy

List of Ingredients
- 4 oz. chicken giblets, chopped and cooked
- 1/2c. chopped celery
- 2T. butter
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/3c. water
Instructions
- Brown giblets and cook celery in butter until tender. Blend in remaining ingredients.
- Heat; stir often.
- Makes: 2 cups gravy.
