    Instructions


    1. After frying ham, pour drippings into a warm gravy bowl(do not scrape)& return skillet to hot burner.
    2. Heat skillet until remaining drippings begin to smoke and add warm water (about 1c.) and simmer for 1 min.
    3. Pour in gravy bowl with drippings and serve over ham and biscuits.
