    • 1 can tomatoes, whole or diced
    • 4 slices bacon


    Instructions


    1. Fry bacon. Remove, keep drippings in pan. Keep heat on medium, add tomatoes and stir until it bubbles.
    2. Add water or milk to the consistency of your liking. Crumble bacon in gravy.
    3. Serve on the side with hot biscuits.
