Beer Basted Steaks

List of Ingredients



• 6 sirloin steaks
  
• 1/4c. brown sugar
  
• 1 1/2 T. grainy mustard
  
• 1T. white vinegar
  
• 1 onion, finely chopped
  
• 1 bay leaf
  
• 1c. beer
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients except steak in a pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes; cool.
   
2. Pour mixture over steaks. Let stand 1-2 hours, turning steaks occasionally.
   
3. Grill until golden brown on both sides.
