Recipe Introduction
A highly seasoned rub gives this roast a tongue-tingling crust to accentuate the mild, juicy center of the loin.
List of Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) boneless loin pork roast
- 3T. paprika
- 1/2t. cayenne pepper
- 1t. garlic powder
- 2t. oregano
- 1/2t. salt
- 1/2t. ground white pepper
- 1/2t. cumin
- 1/4t. nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat covered grill set up for medium-high indirect grilling. Combine all seasonings and rub well over surface of the roast.
- Place on grate away from heat, over a drip pan with water. Close barbecue cover and grill pork until thermometer inserted in center reads 155-160 degrees.
- Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
