Cheesy Potato Packets

• 4c. frozen potatoes
  
• 1T. oil
  
• 1/2t. seasoned salt
  
• 3/4c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  






Instructions



1. Heat coals. Spray 18x13 inch piece of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray.
   
2. Place potatoes in foil. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
   
3. Wrap foil securely around potatoes. Grill 4 to 5 inches from med. heat 30 mins. turning once.
   
4. Open packet; sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Cover loosely and let stand 4-5 mins. or until cheese melts.
