Grilled Coney Island Burgers

1-pound ground beef
1-can (7 1/2 ounces) chili with beans
1-tbsp chopped green chilies
6-frankfurter buns, split and warmed
Shape ground beef into 6 rolls, each about 5 inches long and 3/4 inch thick. Mix chili and green chilies in small grill pan; heat on grill until hot. Grill ground beef rolls about 4 inches from medium coals, turning once, until desired doneness, 3 to 5 minutes one each side for medium. Serve in frankfurter buns; spoon about 2 tbsp chili mixture into each bun.
To Broil: Mix chili and green chilies in saucepan; heat until hot. Prepare ground beef rolls as directed above. Set oven control to broil. Place rolls on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat, turning once, until desired doneness, about 3 minutes on each side for medium. Serve as directed above. 6 sandwiches.
