Grilled Hash Brown Potatoes & Onions

• olive oil or butter flavored cooking spray
  
• Packaged refrigerated hash brown potatoes
  
• chopped sweet onion
  
• chopped fresh parsley
  
• salt
  
• pepper
  






Instructions



1. Spray large square of aluminum foil with cooking spray. Place potatoes in center of foil.
   
2. Add onion and parsley. Toss, spraying lightly with cooking spray.
   
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste; fold opposite ends of foil up and over potatoes to form a pouch.
   
4. Grill 5-6 inches from medium coals about 25 minutes, turning pouch once, or until potatoes and onions are tender.
