    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. pork back ribs
    • 2T. dried minced onion
    • 1T. onion powder
    • 4t. ground thyme
    • 2t. salt
    • 2t. ground allspice
    • 1/2t. ground nutmeg
    • 1/2t. ground cinnamon
    • 1T. sugar
    • 2t. black pepper
    • 1t. cayenne


    Instructions


    1. In a small jar with a tight fitting lid, shake together all dry ingredients until well blended.
    2. Rub dry mixture onto all surfaces of ribs. Grill ribs over indirect heat in covered grill until ribs are very tender. About 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    3. Cut into 1 or 2 rib portions to serve.
    4. Oven method: Roast ribs on rack in shallow pan in a 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
