Marinated Mexican Onions

- 6 Mexican green onions, trimmed
- 1T. fresh lime juice
- 1T. Worcestershire
- 1T. red vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook onions in boiling water 3-4 minutes. Drain; transfer to bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate and marinate 30 minutes.
- Grill.
