    • Onion BBQ Sauce (listed under sauces)
    • 6 lb. spareribs


    Instructions


    1. Place spareribs (cut into serving size pieces) in a large pot of boiling water.
    2. Cover; simmer 1 hr. drain. Prepare sauce. Place ribs on grill about 6 inches above coals.
    3. Brush with sauce; continue cooking 30 mins or until done, brushing with sauce and turning every 5 mins.
