    • 4 RIBEYES
    • 2 LARGE SWEET ONIONS CUT INTO 1/2 INCH SLICES
    • 2T. OLIVE OIL
    • 1/2t. SALT
    • 1/4t PEPPER
    • 1 LIME, QUARTERED
    • SEASONING:
    • 1t. GARLIC POWDER
    • 1/2t. CUMIN
    • 1/2t. OREANO
    • 1/4t. RED PEPPER
    • 1/2t. SALT


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE SEASONINGS. PRESS EVENLY INTO BOTH SIDES OF STEAK.
    2. BRUSH ONIONS WITH OIL. PLACE ONIONS ON GRILL.
    3. GRILL UNCOVERED 15-20 MINS. TURN ONCE.
    4. GRILL STEAKS UNTIL DESIRED DONENESS.
    5. SEASON ONIONS WITH SALT AND PEPPER. SERVE.
