    Sizzling Sliced Beef Steak

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 beef top round steak, cut 1 1/2 inches thick (about 3 lb.)
    • 1/2c. fresh lime juice
    • 3T. minced green onions
    • 3T. water
    • 2T. vegetable oil
    • 1T. minced fresh ginger (optional)
    • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2t. salt


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients except steak in a small bowl. Place steak and marinade in a plastic bag; turn to coat.
    2. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator for 6 hrs. or as long as overnight, turning occasionally.
    3. Remove steak and discard marinade. Place steak on grate over med. heat. Grill, covered, 25-28 mins. for medium-rare doneness, turning occasionally.
    4. Remove and let stand 10 minutes. Carve into thin slices.
    5. Serves: 6-8
