    Zesty Grilled Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 med. unpeeled potatoes
    • 1/2c. Italian dressing
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Scrub potatoes; cook in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender; about 20 minutes.
    2. Drain; while hot, cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place in shallow glass dish.
    3. Pour dressing over hot slices. Let stand 1 hour turning once.
    4. Remove from dressing and place on grill. Grill until golden brown, turning occasionally for about 20 mins.
    5. Season with salt and pepper.
