Zesty Grilled Potatoes

- 4 med. unpeeled potatoes
- 1/2c. Italian dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Scrub potatoes; cook in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender; about 20 minutes.
- Drain; while hot, cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place in shallow glass dish.
- Pour dressing over hot slices. Let stand 1 hour turning once.
- Remove from dressing and place on grill. Grill until golden brown, turning occasionally for about 20 mins.
- Season with salt and pepper.
