Beef Patties with Cheese Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1t. salt
- 1/4t. pepper
- 1T. parsley
- 2 eggs
- Sauce:
- 2T. butter
- 2T. flour
- 1c. milk
- 1t. Dijon mustard
- 1/2t. salt
- 3/4c. Swiss or Cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato chopped
Instructions
- Mix all and shape into 4 patties. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 for 20-25 mins. Prepare sauce.
- Sauce: Melt butter, add flour. Stir in milk. Stir until thick.
- Stir in mustard, cheese and salt, until cheese is melted. Add tomato.
- Pour over cooked meat. Top with cheese and a slice of tomato. Heat 3-5 mins.
