This recipe comes from a lady 82 yrs. young





List of Ingredients



• 1/4 lb. ground beef
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1/2t. salt
  
• pepper to taste
  
• 1 slice bread, soaked in water
  






Instructions



1. Work it all in together. Shape into patties. Cook with lid on, turning the steak once.
   
2. Let brown. Serve with onion rings or without.
